Focus keywords and per-post scan workflow
Link Management matches focus keywords on each post against the rest of your content. This guide walks through adding keywords, running a row-level Scan, and using the Posts, Pages, and Reports tabs in order.

The screen header reminds you to add focus keywords, use bulk scan when you have many posts, and enable Auto Link where appropriate. Everything happens in the content table — there is no separate scan wizard.
Posts, Pages, and Reports tabs
Posts and Pages each show a searchable table of published items with keyword fields and scan actions. Tab badges show how many items exist. Reports logs past insert and undo events after you start linking.

Focus Keywords column
Each row has an editable Focus Keywords field. Type the phrase other posts should link to this page — short and natural works best. Keywords save when you leave the field. Rows without keywords are skipped during scans.
Scan one post at a time
In the Actions column, click Scan on a single row. Results expand below that row showing where the keyword appears on other posts, with checkboxes to choose targets and insert links. Read the surrounding sentence in the preview before inserting.

Bulk toolbar options
Above the table:
- Bulk Auto Link — toggles Auto Link on every row that has keywords set.
- Bulk Scan All Posts (or Bulk Scan All Pages on the Pages tab) — scans the entire tab in batches.
- Insert All Links — appears after a bulk scan finishes; inserts all approved opportunities site-wide (use carefully).
For a calm first pass, add keywords to your ten most important posts, run Scan on each row, and insert manually before trying a full bulk scan.
