Content data is processed in real time and NOT permanently stored on our servers
AI responses are returned to your WordPress site and cached locally on your server only

All data transmission between your site and our cloud server is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS
Request payloads are signed using HMAC-SHA256 for integrity verification

5. Google API Services Integration

IMPORTANT: SEO Rank Genius’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements.

5.1 Google Search Console Integration

Our Plugin offers optional integration with Google Search Console via OAuth 2.0. This integration is entirely voluntary. You can use the Plugin without connecting Google Search Console.

Search query data associated with your website

How We Use Google Search Console Data:

Performance data is cached temporarily on our cloud server for a maximum of 6 hours to reduce API calls
Cached data is also stored on your WordPress site as WordPress transients (temporary cache) for up to 6 hours
We do NOT permanently store your Google Search Console data on our servers
OAuth access tokens are stored securely on our cloud server and are encrypted at rest
Refresh tokens are stored securely and are never transmitted to your WordPress site or any third party

How We Share Google Search Console Data:

We do NOT sell, rent, or share your Google Search Console data with any third parties
We do NOT use your Google Search Console data for advertising purposes
We do NOT use your Google Search Console data to train AI models
Google Search Console data is only accessible to you through your authenticated WordPress dashboard
Our support team does NOT have access to your Google Search Console data

5.2 Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Integration

Our Plugin offers optional integration with Google Analytics 4 via OAuth 2.0. This integration is entirely voluntary. You can use the Plugin without connecting Google Analytics 4.

Data We Access from Google Analytics 4:

Website traffic metrics (sessions, users, pageviews)
Engagement data (bounce rate, average session duration, pages per session)
Page-level performance data associated with your website
Traffic source and channel data (organic, direct, referral)

How We Use Google Analytics 4 Data:

To display traffic and engagement analytics within your WordPress dashboard

How We Store Google Analytics 4 Data:

We do NOT permanently store your GA4 data on our servers
OAuth tokens for GA4 are stored and encrypted in the same manner as Google Search Console tokens

How We Share Google Analytics 4 Data:

We do NOT sell, rent, or share your GA4 data with any third parties
We do NOT use your GA4 data for advertising purposes
We do NOT use your GA4 data to train AI models
GA4 data is only accessible to you through your authenticated WordPress dashboard

5.3 OAuth 2.0 Authorization

When you connect Google Search Console or Google Analytics 4, you are redirected to Google’s secure OAuth 2.0 authorization page where you explicitly grant permission for SEO Rank Genius to access your data. We request only the minimum scopes necessary for each integration:

Google Search Console scopes:

webmasters.readonly — Read-only access to view search performance data, URL inspection data, and sitemap status
webmasters — Read-write access, additionally used to submit sitemaps and request URL indexing on your behalf

Google Analytics 4 scopes:

analytics.readonly — Read-only access to view website traffic and engagement data

You can review and revoke access at any time through your Google Account permissions page (https://myaccount.google.com/permissions) or by clicking the “Disconnect” button within the Plugin settings.

5.4 Revoking Google Access

When you disconnect Google Search Console or Google Analytics 4 from the Plugin:

All cached Google data is immediately deleted from your WordPress site
All OAuth tokens (access and refresh) are immediately deleted from our cloud server
Any temporarily cached data on our cloud server is purged
The Plugin continues to function normally without the disconnected Google service features

5.5 Limited Use Disclosure

SEO Rank Genius complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

We only use Google user data to provide and improve the features described in this Privacy Policy
We do not transfer Google user data to others unless necessary to provide the Service, with user consent, or as required by law
We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements
We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless we have your affirmative consent, it is necessary for security purposes, to comply with applicable law, or for our internal operations where the data has been aggregated and anonymized
We do not use or transfer Google user data to train generalized AI or machine learning (ML) models. Use or transfer of Google user data for any AI or ML model training purposes is strictly prohibited

6.2 Security Measures

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

All data transmission is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS 1.2 or higher
