Rank Math Pro Review 2026: Pricing, Features and Is It Worth It?
Rank Math’s free plugin is already the most complete free SEO plugin for WordPress, so the real question is what Pro adds and whether that is worth paying for every year. I checked the current version on our test site and the pricing page this week. Here is the honest answer.
Rank Math Pro review: the verdict
Rank Math Pro adds keyword rank tracking, AI Link Genius, more schema control and news, video and podcast sitemaps, and covers unlimited personal sites on one plan. For anyone running more than one site it is the cheapest full featured paid SEO plugin. For a single small site, the free version already does almost everything you need.
Upgrade if: you run several sites or want rank tracking inside WordPress. Stay free if: you run one site and do not need tracking.

It adds rank tracking for 1,000 keywords, AI Link Genius, a custom schema builder and extra sitemaps. It is worth it for owners of several sites; one small site can stay on the free version.

The first year discount is between 18 and 22 percent, so budget for the renewal price. Rank Math also sells a Pro plus WP Rocket bundle and separate Content AI credit plans; Pro includes a Content AI trial rather than a full AI allowance.

The newest module, AI Visibility, tracks how your brand is mentioned in AI answers. Content AI, which suggests keywords, questions and links while you write, runs on separate credits.
Rank Math review: what it is like to use
The good. Rank Math is fast to configure with its setup wizard and imports settings from Yoast and other plugins. Easy mode hides advanced options, and every module can be switched off, so it stays lean on small sites. The free feature set is remarkable.
Rank tracking is the main reason to upgrade. It shows positions for your chosen keywords inside WordPress, using Search Console data, so you do not need a separate tracker for basic monitoring.
AI Link Genius brings internal link suggestions into Pro. It is useful, but it is a newer feature than dedicated linking tools, and suggestions still need a human check.
The weaker parts. Setup asks you to connect a Rank Math account; you can skip it, but some features need it. The admin has many screens, and upgrade prompts appear for Pro modules. AI features depend on credits, which are a separate purchase once the trial runs out.
